First get about 3 images of the same person and paste them into PSP (they look best if the pictures are from the same photo shoot). these are the ones I'm using:
Next open a new image with the height the same as the height of the smallest image and the width about the same as the width of 2 of your images added together. Then past one of your images on to the blank picture.
Again, copy and paste another one of you images on the new image so that it over laps the other one, like this:
Next click on the eraser tool and change your settings so they are like mine (but change the size to whatever seems good for the size of your pictures)
Now rub out some of the new image where it overlaps,
And do the same for your other images so you end up with some thing like this:
You could just leave your new blend as it is or you could add effects, brushes, and some text like I have done:
