To use a cursor you've made on your computer first make it (click here.)If you've already made it go to start > control panel. When your control panel has come up click on apperance and themes, then click mouse pointers(on the left)
Then click the pointers tab and you should see this;
Click browse and find your cursor once you've found it double click it then press ok.
